Terms and conditions

Payment

• 25 % deposit upon booking
• Payment balance 7 days before tour departure
• Payment through PayPal’s credit card payment system (NB: you do not need to have a PayPal account)
• Do not process payment until I send you the link
• For tours booked less than 4 days before tour departure, payment in cash the day of the tour

Cancellation policy

• 60 days or more before tour departure: deposit refund less PayPal fees
• 59 days to 7 days before tour departure:  no deposit refund
• Less than 6 days before tour departure: no refund   Should I have to cancel the tour, paid amount will be fully refunded. However, in all cases, I will offer you to reschedule the tour, depending on availability.

General Conditions  

For all matters concerning any booking, only French law shall be applicable.
